This application is used to sign-up new
members. Anyone wishing to join the
Volunteer Team, Inc., may complete the
application in its entirety and submit
it to the Volunteer Team, Inc. You will
then begin receiving newsletters and
will be added to our telephone tree to
keep you up to date on the latest
activities planned. To select this
application, click the application name
below. The application is available to
anyone with Microsoft Word.
To download this form, click "Membership Application" below. Select
"Save To Disk" and click "OK." Select
the file in which you wish to save the
form (the desktop is the best place) and
click "Save."
To open and use the application, you
must have Microsoft Word installed on
your computer. Once the file is open,
feel free to use it to fill out the
application on your computer by typing
in the appropriate fields, or to print
and fill-out by hand. Complete the
application in its entirety. If you have
